TUNA NOODLE NEWBURG 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup 2/3 c. evaporated skim milk 1/2 c. shredded low calorie process cheese (2 oz.) 1/3 c. whipped mayonnaise type salad dressing substitute 1/4 c. dry sherry 2 (7 oz.) cans water packed tuna, drained 4 oz. medium noodles, cooked 1 c. thinly sliced celery 1/4 c. chopped pimiento Combine soup and evaporated milk. Bring to boil; stir often. Remove from heat; stir in cheese, salad dressing and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Stir until cheese melts. Blend in sherry. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, covered, in 350 degrees oven 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
