BANANA TEA BREAD

1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. melted shortening
4 tsp. Sucaryl solution
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 medium mashed bananas

Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together.
Combine shortening, eggs, Sucaryl and vanilla. Add to flour
mixture, stirring only until flour is moistened. Fold in
bananas; turn into greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at
350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Yields 15 servings.
