CAROL'S QUICK AND EASY DIET CHICKEN

1/2 c. yogurt (plain)
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
bread crumbs (Italian style)
half dash of white pepper
4 chicken breast halves, skin
and fat removed
paprika

Combine yogurt and mustard. Brush this mixture on the
chicken breasts. Sprinkle or roll in crumbs. Place in baking
dish which has been sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 425 degrees.
