CHOCOLATE DREAM PIE (DIABETIC) 1 baked pie crust 1 (20 oz.) sugar free jello pudding and pie filling 3 c. low-fat milk 1/2 c. pudding 1 pkg. D-Zerta whipped topping 1/2 c. cooled pudding Pudding: Mix contents of pudding with low-fat milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Pudding thickens as it cools. Reserve 1/2 cup pudding; cool. Pour rest of pudding into pie shell. Cover with plastic wrap. Cool in refrigerator. Mix whipped topping as directed. Then fold in cooled pudding. Top on pudding. Cover with plastic wrap and return to refrigerator.
