GRAPE JELLY (DIABETIC) 2 tsp. unflavored gelatin 1/2 c. water 2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener 1 1/2 c. unsweetened grape juice Soften gelatin in water. Bring grape juice to a boil. Remove from heat. Add gelatin, stirring to dissolve. Add sweetener, bringing to a rolling boil. Ladle into 2 half pint jars. Refrigerate.
