SWORDFISH IN YOGURT SAUCE (Slim Gourmet) 1 1/2 lb. swordfish or salmon steaks 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour 1 Tbsp. grated fresh or 1 tsp. dried onion pinch of red cayenne pepper 2 tsp. grated lemon peel (optional) paprika and chopped fresh dill leaves (optional) Place fish in a shallow nonstick dish in a single layer. Combine remaining ingredients, except paprika and dill, if using. Pour mixture over fish. Bake 20 to 30 minutes in a preheated 350 degrees oven, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with paprika and dill, if desired. Makes 6 servings. Contains 165 calories each with swordfish; 25 calories more per serving with salmon.
