LIVER SUPREME 1 c. chicken bouillon 8 oz. calf or chicken liver 4 oz. drained, cooked, sliced onions 1/2 c. tomato juice 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. oregano salt and pepper to taste 1/4 tsp. thyme leaves Add liver to bouillon and heat until liver is slightly firm. Add onions and remaining ingredients; bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 1 serving. (For dinner.) Submitted by Weight Watchers in Eastern Connecticut.
