2 medium apples, cored, peeled
and sliced
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
artificial sweetener
1 c. water
4 eggs, separated
1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract

Makes 2 servings for lunch; 4 for breakfast. Each
serving, 2 ounces milk and 1/2 fruit.
