LOW CALORIE PARTY DIP WITH VEGETABLES

1 (16 oz.) round loaf bread
(crusty)
1 c. low-fat yogurt
1 c. low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1/2 c. chopped shallots
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. Tabasco

Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, onion, shallots, garlic,
peppers, salt and Tabasco. Chill 1 hour. Hollow out bread and
put dip inside core. Serve with vegetables for dipping:
1 c. carrots, cut into 1-inch
pieces
1 c. celery, cut into 3-inch
pieces
1 c. zucchini, cut in 1/2-inch
pieces
1 c. radishes, halved
1 c. broccoli flowerets
1/2 small head cauliflower,
bite-size pieces
2 c. cherry tomatoes
