WEIGHT WATCHERS BANANA SPLIT CAKE Crust: 8 (2 1/2-inch) squares graham crackers, crushed 3 Tbsp. diet margarine, melted Filling: 1 1/3 c. dry powdered milk artificial sweetener to equal 1/4 c. sugar 3 Tbsp. soft diet margarine 1 tsp. vanilla juice from 1/2 c. crushed pineapple Put crushed crackers and melted margarine in bottom of a 6 x 6-inch dish. Mix together filling ingredients; add water, if neces- sary, to make easy to spread on crust. 1 banana, sliced 80 calories Cool Whip 1/2 c. pineapple (juice was in filling) 1/2 c. cherries or strawberries 4 tsp. coconut Put ingredients on top. Chill several hours. Serves 4.
