CHEESEBURGER PIE

2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 tsp. bouillon
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. cooked ground beef
(1 c.)
1/2 c. grated cheese (4 oz.)
2 c. cooked rice

Into a pan sprayed with Pam put tomato sauce, onion,
green pepper, bouillon, chili powder and garlic powder and
saute. Then simmer 10 minutes. Add cooked beef, 3 ounces of
the cheese and the rice. Mix well. Turn into a baking dish or
a deep pie dish and can have a crust like pie. Spread remain-
ing cheese on top and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes a
good hearty meal with a salad. Serves 4. (Weight Watchers
Recipe.)
