SQUASH PIE 1 can squash 2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 eggs, well beaten 1 can evaporated skim milk 1 tsp. lemon extract 1/4 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with Pam. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Serves 4 to 6.
