COLA CHICKEN 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) frying chicken 1/2 c. lo-cal catsup (see this section) 1 (10 oz.) diet cola salt and pepper to taste Cut chicken into serving pieces. Salt and pepper. Place chicken in large skillet (electric frying pan ideal). Pour catsup over chicken. Pour in cola. Cook for 1 hour at low temperature.
