BUTTER HERB BAKED FISH 1 (6 oz.) fish fillet 3 Saltine crackers 2 tsp. diet margarine 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp. crushed oregano 1/4 tsp. crushed basil 1/8 tsp. garlic powder Wash thawed fish and pat dry. Crush Saltines in blender and mix with Parmesan, oregano, basil and garlic powder. Dip fish in melted margarine, then in crumb mixture. Put in sprayed baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes. Don't cover. One serving: 4 protein exchanges, 1/2 bread exchange, 1 fat exchange, 20 calories optional exchange.
