CRUNCHY BURGERS 1 lb. ground turkey 2 c. fresh bean sprouts, rinsed and drained 1 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine all ingredients.
