JELLIED PEACH SAUCE 1 (16 oz.) can sugar free peaches sweetener to taste 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 4 serving box lemon sugar-free gelatin Drain peaches. Puree in blender. To peach juice, add water to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Add nutmeg. Bring to boil and boil 1 minute. Add gelatin and stir to dissolve. Add pureed peaches and sweetener to taste. Chill. Use for a sauce as you would cranberry sauce. Good with Weight Watchers chicken nuggets. Four servings. 1 fruit exchange, 10 calories optional exchange.
