LOW CALORIE CHEESE SPREAD 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lowfat cheese 1/3 c. skim milk 1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained 1 Tbsp. vinegar 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard dash of red pepper 1/3 chopped onion Combine cheese and milk in top of double boiler; bring water to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook until cheese melts, stirring so it won't stick. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover and chill. Makes 1 1/2 cups. 20 calories per tablespoon.
