SPAGHETTI SAUCE 12 oz. cooked ground turkey 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 garlic clove, crushed 1/2 c. tomato sauce dash of Worcestershire sauce 1 c. canned tomatoes 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke 1 pkg. beef bouillon granules 1 tsp. salt (or to taste) 1/2 tsp. crushed basil 1/4 tsp. crushed oregano brown sugar substitute to taste Combine meat, onion and garlic in nonstick skillet. Cook and stir until onions are limp. Stir in rest of ingredi- ents except the brown sugar substitute. Simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add brown sugar substitute last. Four servings: 3 protein exchanges, veggies, 15 calories optional exchange.
