APPLE SLAW

3 c. chopped cabbage
2 small apples, chopped
1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt
3 Tbsp. Weight Watchers salad
dressing
5 to 6 pkg. Equal

Combine cabbage and apples. Combine remaining ingredi-
ents and pour over cabbage mixture. Stir until well combined.
Refrigerate about 1/2 hour before serving. Three servings.
2/3 fruit exchange, 1 fat exchange, 1/3 milk exchange, 1 cup
veggies.
