BROCCOLI SALAD 4 c. broccoli 8 tsp. imitation bacon bits 1/2 c. raisins 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. Weight Watchers salad dressing 1/2 c. plain low fat yogurt 12 pkg. Equal 2 tsp. vinegar Put broccoli, bacon bits, raisins and chopped onion in bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the broccoli mixture. Mix lightly. Chill well. Makes 8 servings. 1/2 fruit exchange, 1 fat exchange, 16 calories optional exchange, veggies.
