SWEET AND SOUR SALAD 8 oz. can sauerkraut, drained and chopped sweetener to equal 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. sliced celery 1/4 c. sliced green pepper 1/2 c. shredded carrots 1/2 c. sliced onion Combine sauerkraut and sweetener. Stir. Let stand 1/2 hour or so. Add remaining ingredients, toss and chill well. Four servings. Veggies.
