BRAN MUFFINS 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk 1 1/2 oz. All Bran cereal 1 Tbsp. whole wheat flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. unsweetened applesauce 1/4 tsp. nutmeg sweetener to equal 8 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. almond flavor Combine dry ingredients. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Divide into 6 sprayed muffin cups. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Two servings. 3/4 ounces cereal, 1/2 milk ex- change, 1 fruit exchange, 15 calories optional exchange.
