OATMEAL COFFEE CAKE 3/4 oz. uncooked oatmeal 3 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/6 c. nonfat dry milk 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, unsweetened Combine oatmeal, brown sugar substitute, soda, dry milk, cream of tartar and cinnamon. Stir in pineapple. Pour into small loaf pan which has been sprayed. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. One serving. 3/4 ounce cereal, 1/2 milk exchange, 1 fruit exchange.
