PIZZA CRUST 1 tsp. yeast 2 Tbsp. warm water 1 tsp. olive oil 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sugar 5 Tbsp. flour Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix all ingredients together. Form into a smooth ball. Roll out. Fits into an 8 to 10-inch pizza pan. Top with sauce, cheese, etc. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. One serving. 2 bread exchanges, 1 fat exchange, 20 calories optional exchange.
