LOW CALORIE STRAWBERRY PIE

Crust:

1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 stick diet margarine

Filling:
2 c. diet 7-Up
6 c. unsweetened strawberries
1 (3 oz.) box sugar-free
strawberry gelatin
4 Tbsp. cornstarch

Crust: Mix all ingredients with fork until crumbly.
Press in pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until
light brown. Cool.
Pie: Bring 7-Up and cornstarch to a boil until thick-
ened. Add gelatin and cool. Add berries and put into pie
shell. Refrigerate. Serve with a diet whipped topping.
Serves 6. 50 calories per serving.
