MICHIGAN CHILIES RELLENOS 1/2 c. yogurt 1 egg 3 Tbsp. flour 3 oz. each Cheddar and Jack cheese 4 oz. chili peppers 1/4 c. tomato sauce Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray. In bowl, combine yogurt, egg and flour; mix smooth. In second bowl, combine cheeses. Into dish, 2 ounces cheese; top with chilies then 2 ounces cheese mixture. Pour yogurt on top; top with tomato sauce then cheese. Bake for 40 minutes. Serves 2, 458 calories.
