COLE SLAW SALAD

1 small cabbage
2 carrots
1 green bell pepper

Dressing:
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 packets artificial
sweetener

Shred cabbage, carrots and bell pepper. Combine briskly
to insure even distribution of the carrot and pepper. Before
serving, add vinegar dressing to coat ingredients. Fifteen
calories per 1/2 cup.
Dressing: Put all ingredients in a pint jar. Shake
well, and store in the refrigerator for use when needed. This
dressing contains virtually no calories.
