TURKEY AND VEGETABLES 1 c. each: shredded green cabbage and cauliflower 1/2 c. canned ready-to-serve chicken broth 3/4 c. sliced carrots 4 oz. precooked smoked turkey sausages, sliced 1/2-inch thick In a 10-inch skillet combine cabbage, cauliflower, carrots and broth; cover and cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender-crisp, 8 to 10 minutes. Add sausage and stir to combine; cook until sausages are heated through, 3 or 4 minutes. Serves 2, 160 calories each.
