FUDGY BROWNIES

1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted
margarine
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened
chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Cream margarine and sugar together; add egg yolks and
beat well. Stir in melted chocolate, vanilla and flour; blend
well. Stir in nut meats. Pour in greased pan, 8 x 8 x 2-inch
square. Bake in slow 325 degrees oven about 35 minutes. Makes 16
(2-inch) brownies. Sodium content - 7.3 mg./piece.
