LOW SODIUM COOKIES 2 c. salt free butter 2 2/3 c. brown sugar 1 1/3 c. white sugar 4 eggs 6 c. sifted flour 4 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. lemon juice Cream butter, vanilla, lemon, sugar and eggs; add flour and mix well. Shape into rolls and refrigerate overnight if possible. Slice and bake for 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Two cookies = 1 bread and 1 fat.
