TROUT AND ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE

1 can trout
1/2 onion, chopped
2 c. zucchini, grated
1 egg
12 crackers, crushed (such as
wheat, vegetable)
garlic powder to taste
pepper to taste

Slightly saute onion in Teflon-coated pan sprayed with
Pam. Add to trout. Mix in grated zucchini. In separate bowl,
beat egg and stir in crackers. Add to trout mixture. Season
to taste with garlic powder and pepper. Place in Pam-sprayed
casserole and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
Yield: 2 servings.
