ORIENTAL CHICKEN

carrots, sliced and cooked
fresh mushrooms, sliced
cubed chicken
water chestnuts
onions, sliced to 1/4-inch
broccoli, chopped
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
soy sauce

Fry chicken in oil. Add soy sauce. Stir-fry all other
ingredients, adding another item as the previous one gets
tender until all are mixed. Serve over rice or noodles.
Serves 4.
