DIET RICE PUDDING 1 egg, beaten 1 oz. white bread, broken 3 oz. cottage cheese 1/2 c. crushed pineapple 1 tsp. butter flavoring 1 tsp. vanilla 2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low dash of nutmeg dash of cinnamon Blend egg with broken bread; add cottage cheese, pineapple and all other ingredients, except cinnamon. Pour into small baking pan and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
