DIET MARINATED CUCUMBERS 1 medium cucumber 1 small onion 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. water 2 Tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Into glass bowl thinly slice cucumber and onion. Mix vinegar, water, sugar and salt; pour over cucumber and onion. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours. Drain and serve. Makes 4 to 6 servings at 25 calories a serving.
