DEVILED EGGS 4 hard-cooked eggs 1 Tbsp. diet mayonnaise 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard pepper paprika Split eggs into halves. Remove yolks and mash them with a fork. Blend in everything except paprika. Stuff whites. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and chill (contains 43 calories per half).
