LOW CALORIE CHILI

1 large V-8 vegetable juice
can (about 46 oz.)
2 zucchini, quartered and
sliced
4 carrots, sliced
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 ribs celery, sliced
1 onion, diced
1 small head cabbage, sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green
beans
1 (32 oz.) can tomatoes
3 beef bouillon cubes
salt and pepper to taste
chili powder to taste (1 to
2 tsp.)
1 lb. ground beef, browned
(optional)

Put all ingredients in large saucepan and cook until
vegetables are tender. Season. Contains 50 calories per
serving. Makes 6 quarts.
