LOW CALORIE CRABMEAT CASSEROLE

1/2 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. onion flakes
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. chicken broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 slice cubed dry bread
4 oz. flaked crabmeat
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. lo-cal salad dressing

Combine celery, onion, water and broth. Simmer until
tender. Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, until top is brown.
