CRISPY OVEN-FRIED SEAFOOD MIXTURE (Low-Sodium) 2 c. unseasoned bread crumbs 1 Tbsp. paprika 2 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 c. corn oil Stir all ingredients except oil. Blend oil in with fork. Store, covered, in container. Use about 5 tablespoons per pound of fish fillets. Moisten fillets with lemon juice or water; press fillets in crumb mixture. Bake on cookie sheet, sprayed with no-fat spray. Bake proper time. Good also on chicken. Keeps well for several months.
