"MY DIET BAKED POTATO" potatoes (as many as needed) pepper bell pepper, sliced onion (1/4-inch slices) garlic salt Cut potatoes in half lengthways. Put slice of onion between potato halves. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Add slice of bell pepper. Wrap in foil and bake for 1 hour. This make a good flavor without using butter and sour cream. (I sometimes add 1 tablespoon chicken broth to each, for a moist potato.)
