CHEESELESS CHEESE CAKE (Lo-Cal) 2 c. canned crushed pineapple, no sugar added 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin 3 tsp. vanilla extract 3 Tbsp. lemon juice artificial sweetener to equal 8 tsp. sugar 1/2 c. boiling water 1 tsp. butter flavoring 1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk Place all ingredients in blender, blend well and pour into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan, and refrigerate until set. Make 4 servings. Divide evenly.
