LO-CAL APPLE CHICKEN SALAD

2 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 c. diced, unpeeled red
apples
1/2 diced celery
1/4 c. chopped fine onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. sage (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine chicken, apple, celery and onion in a
1 1/2-quart baking dish. In a small bowl, combine remaining
ingredients, mixing until well blended. Pour into the baking
dish, stirring to combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35
to 40 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Yield: 6 servings.
