STRAWBERRY FOAM (MICROWAVE) 2 c. water 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavor gelatin 1 egg white 1 c. sliced strawberries Heat 1 cup water in 4 cup glass measuring cup 2 minutes in microwave, until boiling. Add gelatin. Stir until dis- solved. Blend in 1 cup cold water. Refrigerate until mixture starts to thicken. Beat egg white at high speed until frothy. Gradually beat in thickened gelatin. Divide strawberries among five serving dishes. Pour gelatin mixture into dishes. Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours. With strawberries, there are 71 calories per serving.
