SUGARLESS COOKIES 1 c. raisins 1/2 c. dates 1/2 c. apples 3 tsp. Sweet 10 1 c. water 1/2 c. Crisco 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. flour 1 tsp. soda 2 eggs, beaten well 1 pkg. pecans Boil together dates, raisins, apples and water for 8 minutes. Add Crisco while mixture is still hot. Set pan in cold water to cool. Add flour, eggs and Sweet 10. Add vanilla and crushed nuts last. Place in refrigerator to chill before dropping on a greased cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Each cookie equals 50 calories, 1 fruit serving.
