NO CHOLESTEROL OATMEAL MUFFINS 2 egg whites 2 Tbsp. honey 3/4 c. nonfat yogurt 3/4 c. apple or orange juice 1 tsp. baking soda 1 3/4 c. oatmeal 1/2 c. oat bran 1/2 c. raisins Stir all ingredients together.
