COTTAGE CHEESE "SOUR CREAM" 1/3 c. (75 milliliters) milk 1 Tbsp. (15 milliliters) lemon juice 1 c. (250 milliliters) creamed cottage cheese Assemble blender. Put ingredients into blender contain- er. Cover and process at blend until smooth and creamy. Use as a base for dips such as California Onion Dip or in place of sour cream in any of the recipes in this section. Higher in protein and lower in calories and just as good as sour cream. Yields 1 cup (250 milliliters).
