FRUIT SALAD WITH POPPY SEED DRESSING 1/3 c. corn oil 1/4 c. orange juice 3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar 2 Tbsp. honey 1 tsp. poppy seed 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/8 tsp. salt 2 c. each: blueberries, melon balls, pineapple chunks and strawberry halves In small jar with tight fitting lid, combine corn oil, orange juice, vinegar, honey, poppy seed, ginger and salt. Cover; shake well. Combine fruit in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Makes 8 (1 cup) servings. Each serving provides 100 calories, 1 gram protein, 19 grams carbohydrates, 2 grams polyunsaturated fat, 0 milligram cholesterol and 45 milligrams sodium.
