QUICK CHOP SUEY 1 lb. lean ground beef seasonings to taste 1 c. bean sprouts 1 large onion, thinly sliced 1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts 1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento 2 Tbsp. soy sauce Mix beef with seasonings. Brown quickly in skillet over low heat. Add bean sprouts, onion, water chestnuts, green pepper, pimento and soy sauce. Cover; cook until onion is tender, but not soft. Makes 4 servings, 250 calories per serving.
