OIL-FREE DRESSING 4 oz. wine vinegar 1 c. water 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt pinch of pepper pinch of celery salt Combine all the ingredients and mix vigorously. Chill and serve. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
