LEMON SURPRISE CAKE

1 box Sweet 'N Low lemon cake
mix
4 oz. water
1 pkg. artificially sweetened
lemon gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water

Mix 4 ounces water and cake mix according to package
directions. Bake in 8-inch square pan which has been sprayed
with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 to 35 minutes. Mix gelatin
with hot water, stir until completely dissolved. Add cold
water. Poke holes in the cake with a fork and pour gelatin
over cake. Chill until gelatin is set. Serve cold. Alter
flavor of cake by using different flavors of gelatin.
