QUICK AND EASY GUMBO 3 portions protein (cubed, cooked chicken, boiled shrimp and tofu. Use one or a combination of the three) 1 1/4 c. frozen okra 1 1/4 c. frozen or fresh green beans 1 1/4 c. fresh tomato or corn 1 1/4 c. celery, chopped 1 1/2 tsp. onion flakes 8 to 10 cloves Diet Center buttery flavor salt to taste pepper to taste 4 to 5 c. chicken broth Place all ingredients in large pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
